  • Information we receive from you or your Investment firm either verbally or in writing, electronically or otherwise on applications or other forms;
  • information about your transactions with us or others, such as your account balances, payment history, account usage, and co-parties to transactions;
  • Information from our website (such as that provided through online forms, site visitor data and online information collecting devices, known as “cookies”);

Information We Share With Third Parties

In the normal course of conducting business, we may share your personal information with selected third parties, such as brokers, clearing firms, mutual funds, insurance companies and other financial and consumer credit service providers depending on the types of account and product you maintain with us. The type of information we share could include your name, income, social security number and other identifying information you provide to us. We may also share information about your transactions with us, such as your payment history. We disclose personal information to companies that help us process transactions for your account, for example, in executing your trades at an exchange. Sometimes we enter into contracts with third parties so that they can assist us in servicing your account, for example, companies that print and mail your account statements and confirms. We may disclose or report personal information in limited circumstances where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required or permitted under law, for example, in cooperation with regulators or law enforcement authorities, in resolving consumer disputes, performing credit/authentication checks and for institutional risk control.

We do not share you personal information with third parties outside of what is required to service your account.
