It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that all deposits sent to our Customer Funds Account come from a bank account in the Client’s own name and not that of a third party. We are not responsible for any delays incurred as a result of incorrect or incomplete referencing of funds transferred. By New Zealand law, all client funds are held in separate Segregated Client Bank Accounts.

Deposits will be processed immediately after clearance by our bank. Divisa Capital does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees, and will pass all bank charges onto the client. Divisa Capital has designated USD to be its base currency. Deposits in other currencies will automatically be converted to USD by our depository bank at their own conversion rate. Divisa Capital is not liable for any conversion loss incurred by the client.
